Still high on the Holi fever? It’s alright. Festivals come once in a while after all, it’s fine to be in the festive mood for a week or so. But you have to return to your normal life eventually, right? Just as festivals cannot be celebrated for the entire year, your health cannot be in perpetual jeopardy as well, can it be now?

All the sweets you ate while playing with colors, the masala snacks you munched on, the drinks you drank in bulk - now it’s time to get rid of the unhealthiness all of it must have left inside your body. Wondering how? Keep reading to know more -

  1. Cleansing your body internally -
  • You must have returned to your daily Yoga or Gym routines after the festivities. But have you been taking care of your internal health the right way? If not, it’s time to be sincere. To get rid of the junk from your body, switch to Virgin Flaxseed Oil. Before breakfast, consume one tablespoon of it to cleanse your body from the inside.
  • Similarly, you can also use Virgin Kalonji Oil. Regular and proper consumption (as per your preference or dosage) not just cleanses your body, but also strengthens immunity, prevents constipation, diarrhea et cetera after the festive season’s junk food marathon.
  1. Light but wholesome breakfast -
  • As we saw before, the post-festival diet should be light but full of nutrition. It is essential to keep your health in check, by providing your body with the nutrients you might have skipped out on during the festivals. Millet Mix makes for one wonderful breakfast. Instead of your regular flour, use Millet Mix to make chapatis, pancakes et cetera. It will fill your hungry morning belly, fill your body with fiber and nutrients, and help you gain back your fitness.
  • Along with Millet Mix, you can also include chia seeds into your breakfast or even evening snacks. They are super delicious, super healthy, and super nutritious. You can add them to your daily smoothies, salad bowls, eat them as a side snack, milkshakes et cetera. They are extremely rich in antioxidants, which aid in fluxing out the harmful junk oily festival food leaves behind in your body.
  1. Go light in snacks! -
  • You have just had your enough share of unhealthy food this Holi, haven’t you? So its time to go easy with your meals now. We already discussed breakfast, let’s come to your evening snacks next.
