ESSENTIAL OILS TO RELIEVE FATIGUE
As many of you are already aware, essential oils are concentrated extracts derived from plants through steam or water distillation, or mechanical methods, such as cold pressing. Essential oils are most commonly used for aromatherapy, to relieve stress, anxiety, tension, insomnia, and fatigue. They’re typically either inhaled or diluted and applied to the skin.
Today, we will discuss some essential oils and see how they help you relieve fatigue and uneasiness -

Orange Oil - Several studies claim that rubbing Orange Essential Oil on your temples, wrists or pulse points help get rid of fatigue. Thanks to its refreshing, fruity aroma, it is also great to be used for aromatherapy, hence helping reduce stress, and anxiety. It is also rich in Vitamin C. Spearmint Oil - Add a few drops to diffuser to relieve fatigue, stress and anxiety. Since it has a soothing aroma, it is also a great solution to curb irregular sleep cycles and insomnia.

Lemongrass Essential Oil - You can use Lemongrass Oil for aromatherapy to relieve stress, fatigue, and anxiety. Its calming aroma also makes it great to be used as an effective sleep-inducer. You can rub a few drops on your temples or pulse points to relieve headaches, nausea, uneasiness, and migraines.

Eucalyptus Oil - This oil has a pleasant, highly refreshing fragrance, suitable to get rid of internal fatigue, as well as physical exhaustion. It also has antimicrobial & antiviral properties, thus effectively reducing mucus & nasal swelling, and treating colds, coughs, and sinuses. Using this oil in a diffuser reduces stress and anxiety. It also purifies the air, as it kills harmful microbes, such as bacteria & air-borne fungi.

Cinnamon Leaf Oil - Add some drops to a diffuser to relieve stress, fatigue, and anxiety. Studies have found that Cinnamon Leaf Oil also helps induce proper sleep.
