ESSENTIAL OIL TO KEEP YOUR LIVING ROOM FRAGRANT

We look after our body odor, sweaty underarms, microbes and germs attacks, and bad breath problems. We also love to wear the best of clothes, the most wonderful shoes, and read the most influential books. So if we do so much to romaticize our life, and make it worth living, why is it that we often ignore the freshness and beauty of out homes, especially living rooms? That should never happen, right? So how exactly can we keep our living spaces feeling all fresh and fine? Well, essential oils might be the answer you are so desperately looking for. Following are some essential oils, which can effectively keep your home smelling fragrant. 

  • LAVENDER OIL - As you must have already guessed from the name of this oil, lavender essential oil is definitely one of the best working essential oils, in personal care as well as healthcare issues. You can add its few drops in a diffuser or make a DIY air-spray to spray inside your house. This will leave your living space smelling all fresh and fine. Lavender Essential Oil is anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibacterial, antispasmodic, analgesic, detoxifying, and sedative. With its purple flowers that proliferate beautifully in fields, lavender is as much of a vision to behold as it is a plant that has so marvelously aided the healthcare and beauty industry.
  • NEEM OIL - Neem is possibly the most effective home remedy that is known to us. It is beneficial for your skin, your hair, your internal health, and your external hygiene as well. Extracted from the same leaves, barks, and stems of the Neem plant is the Neem Oil. It helps kill disease-causing germs, regulate body odor problems, keep flies/insects/bugs away, and keep your home clean. 
  • TEA TREE OIL - Tea Tree Oil is extracted from the leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia, a tree native to Queensland and New South Wales, Australia. It has been in use for centuries, thanks to its healing and calming properties. It has compounds such as terpinen-4-ol, which make Tea Tree Oil antimicrobial and antiseptic. It has a cooling aroma, which calms down anxious nerves, to give your mind a relaxed sensation, away from everyday stress and worry. 
  • JASMINE OIL - Jasmine Essential Oil is an all-rounder as well, providing its advantages in enhancing health, treating depression, working as an antimicrobial, and well, also an amazing aphrodisiac. When dispersed in air, this oil’s particles elevate mood, lessen worry, and its wonderful fragrance keeps your rooms fragrant. 
  • SPEARMINT OIL - The oldest in the family of the mint plant, Spearmint gets its name from its spear-shaped leaves. It has been around since the old ages, thanks to its remedial properties. Extracted from the spearmint plant is the Spearmint Essential Oil. It has a gentle smell, helps keep your gut healthy, and eases anxiety & tension, among several other benefits. 
  • ORANGE OIL - Who doesn’t love a good citrus smell, right? Well, to satisfy your citrus-y obsession, orange essential oil is here! It’s refreshing aroma is great to keep your house fragrant and clean. It gets rid of air-borne microbes, while also keeping away insects and bugs. 
  • ROSE ESSENTIAL OIL - apart from being a great treatment for body odor, skin problems, rose essential oil is also great to be used as a room freshener. Just add some drops in a diffuser and let the power of rose oil do the magic!
  • CINNAMON LEAF OIL - Popular in Indian cuisines for its enticing aroma, almost all of us are familiar with the cinnamon barks we usually find in our kitchens. From the same plant of Cinnamomum is derived the Cinnamon Leaf Oil, via the steam distillation of leaves. Earlier used quite exclusively in the flavoring industry, recent years have witnessed the therapeutic and health benefits of the oil.
