How to use rose quartz gua sha
- The first step is to wash your face with your regular cleanser.
- Face oil should be applied to the skin. Gua sha will glide over your skin more easily if you do this.
- Start by holding the gua sha tool in your dominant hand and gently scraping the stone upwards over the targeted area.
- The stone should be held at a 15-degree angle and applied with moderate pressure.
- It is recommended that you use 5-7 strokes per area.
- Massage each area in a light circular motion after you have completed each step.
